Commercial Eviction / Rent Collection is our Bailiffs core business, we provide our clients with a comprehensive service which includes all aspects of Commercial Eviction / Rent Recovery. We give all our clients the most professional Bailiff Service possible.
Prompt action to secure payment is the key to successful commercial rent recovery. Delays allow arrears to escalate which makes it harder for your tenants to pay and often results in the tenant absconding without payment being received.
Our services can provide you with an effective remedy for collection of outstanding rent arrears. Our Bailiffs conduct themselves in a firm, fair and legal manner, recognising those tenants who can't pay and those who won't.

Forfeiture of Lease
Our in house certified Bailiffs also undertake the peaceful repossession of commercial premises, terminating the lease and handing the property back to the landlord. We will ensure that the lease is forfeited by peaceful entry to the premises. Notices will be displayed at all entry points. A termination of the lease does not allow the landlord to retain any of the tenant's goods and chattels. However in some cases this remedy can be effective to recover rents; the landlord may reinstate the lease at his/her discretion.
