What is the Legal 4 Landlord Rental Payment Scheme?

The Rental Payment Scheme is fast and smooth to setup. Once you have completed any of our Tenant References online, we will submit that information to cardone banking who will setup and instant bank account for the tenant. This scheme was setup for LHA tenants primarily, but has been very successful not only for LHA tenants but for standard tenants.

Are you looking to show your debtor / tenant how serious you are, about collecting the debt? Then our pre court letter is for you!! Simply complete the online form, we will then email you the pre court action letter and you serve it to your debtor!!

Rental Payment Scheme Process

      Step One     -     Complete an online tenant reference with ourselves.
      Step Two     -     You will receive an email with the tenant's new bank account details, the tenant will receive these in the post also along with a welcome pack.
                               Legal 4 Landlords will also provide you with the Rental Payment Scheme T+C's to add to your tenancy agreement.
      Step Three   -   You insert the bank details onto the councils form for the rent to be paid into that account and also get this signed by the tenant.
      Step Four     -     On the email complete the attached standing order form and fax back to the number stated. Again, the tenant needs to sign this form.
      Step Five     -     LHA scheme - RPS - The bank will contact you to confirm the set up, the tenant can use the account like any other current account. The rent is paid                         into your account as stated on the standing order form. Once the tenant has signed everything and activated they card, you can then give them the keys to the property.
