Eviction Step 1

Serve Tenant Notice

Legal 4 Landlords immediately arrange for a Notice to Quit, a Section 33 Notice & an AT6 Notice under the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 to be served on your tenant by a sheriff officer. In most cases this highlights to the tenant just how serious you are and gives them the push they need.


Eviction Step 2

Court Proceedings & Hearing

Our solicitors issue proceedings to the local Sheriff Court. A court hearing date is set and our specialist solicitors will appear before the sheriff to obtain the possession order.

Eviction Step 3

Instruct Certificated Bailiffs

If the tenant does not vacate the property by the date set by the court then we will arrange for our bailiffs to remove the problem tenant so you can have your property back.
