I am very sceptical of fixed fee services, especially when it comes to a Legal Service's, but not that Legal 4 Landlords offered a no trace no fee. I own several commercial properties, due to the current climate some tenants have vanished! I was shocked when I stumbled upon Legal 4 Landlords website, a company that helps Scottish Landlords at a fixed fee price! I have a lot of distressed properties which I obtain great rentals from however a lot of my tenants are not so pleasant but my model works very well.
